This article will guide you on how to access the GhostPractice Support Centre.

To access the GhostPractice Support Centre, follow the three steps below.

Step 1: Sign Up or Sign In

1. If you are an existing user, enter your Email and Password
2. Click Sign-in

1. For new users, click Sign up to create a new account

2. Enter your Name and Email, and click Sign up

   

3. You will receive a link via email to create your password and activate your account

Step 2: Activate your account

1. Click the Activate Account link

2. Enter your Password, and click Create Password

   

Step 3: Access Support Centre Features

1. On the top bar of your screen, click Submit a Request
2. Complete the Request Form

3. Click Submit

Tracking your Support Request

1. Click on your profile icon
2. Select Requests

3. You will be directed to a page listing all your Support Requests and their status
