This article describes the GhostPractice® Web Dashboard.
A Dashboard module has been added for fee earners, showing fee progress against targets.
The module allows fee earners to view their progress for fees recorded against targets. The system caters to both financial and time targets and will use the existing user preference for the Achievement target type.
To access User Preferences:
- Under GhostPractice Application, select the Dashboard menu
- User Preferences are also displayed on the user's profile via the User's module under the Preferences tab
The screenshot below displays the Fee Earner's Dashboard:
- This example shows the fee earner’s achievements based on their financial targets
Financial and time targets are configured in the Users module
The dashboard will always display the achievement type for the logged-on user.
KPI figures are displayed for different periods:
- Today
MTD (month to date)
MTD will either display postings for the current month or postings for the current period, depending on the firm's reporting preference. - YTD (year to date)
By default, the KPI calculations are based on the fee earner’s billable and unbillable fees within the respective period.
Use the checkboxes to change the type of transactions that should be used:
Fee Earner
By default, the logged-in user is the selected Fee Earner:
To view progress for a subordinate, change the fee earner selection at the top left of the page.
