This article explains how to Authorise and Decline Payment Requisitions with the To Do Module in GhostPractice® Web.
Payment Requisitions
Firms using electronic authorisations can now review their payment requisition requests in the To Do module.
- Click on a Requisition to view the payment details.
- This will open the Payment Requisition Details panel.
At the bottom of the panel are the buttons to Authorise, Decline, or Return to Draft.
Authorise
- Click the Authorise button to authorise the requisition.
- The system will prompt you to confirm your intention.
Click the Authorise button to proceed, or the Cancel button to return to the details panel.
Decline
- Click the Decline button to decline the requisition
- The system will display the Decline dialog so that you can enter the reason.
- Provide reason for declining and click Decline to proceed.
Click Cancel to return to the requisition details panel.
