This article explains how to insert page numbers in the Template Manager in GhostPractice®.
Set up Headers and Footers
- Click on Template Manager on the navigation bar, and click New to create a new Template.
- Click Format on the Template Editor toolbar.
Select Headers and Footers to open the Page Setup dialog.
- On the Headers and Footers section, tick the Default checkbox to set up how the page numbers will appear on the page.
Click OK to save your changes.
Configure Page Numbers
- Select the Page Numbering tab.
- Set the Format of numbering for the document.
- Choose whether to start from a certain number or continue from the previous section.
Click OK to save your changes.
Insert Page Numbers
- In the Template, place your cursor into the Header or Footer where you wish the page number to go.
- Click Insert on the Template Editor toolbar, and click on the Field arrow.
- select Page Number.
The number will appear in the header and will be formatted throughout the document.
